For the success of the project, our understanding of the specifications for the project is as crucial as your knowledge of the various stages involved. To ensure we see eye to eye, and move faster, a document of understanding is signed off by both parties. Various systems are followed through the implementation stage so there is complete understanding at every stage.         Onsite     By working as an extension of your IT team KOM7 ensures greater return on your technology investment. This option requires a KOM7 team to be deputed to your site. We ensure there is a fitment between the resources chosen for the task and the environment in which they will be working. The precaution reduces unnecessary delays in the project that may arise out of incompatibility.           Offshore     To enable you to have greater control over your project though it is being done offshore, a relationship manager is assigned to your project.
