Office equipment companies are typically manufacturers as well as provide service and maintenance of all office equipment such as photo copiers, fax machines etc. They usually enter into an annual maintenance contract with client companies for jobs that are of two types

  Adhoc services - Services rendered on request for eg. toner change, paper jam and other such related problem fixing areas.
