Foolproof systems are
very essential especially in the security
field. Software that can help you track
movement of security guards, ensure presence
of the guards, organize their schedules
and so much more can be a boon to organizations.
To be effective, the software needs access
to timely, accurate and consistent information
from throughout the organization so that
there are no security slip ups. Automation
of this system is one of KOM7's projects.
Safecon2000
is a state-of-the-art product developed for Security Management
Systems, Denmark. It is a Central Station Solution for
security companies and has more than 1000 functions and
is a highly flexible scalable solution for alarm receiving
and processing. The highlights of the project performed
by KOM7 Technologies are:
Redesign and port

The success
of this project gave birth to the Safecon Internet
project. This project was primarily intended to provide
user specific reports for clients over the web. Reports
were dynamically generated based on the filter criteria
set by the web user. Microsoft's Internet Information
Server and Active Server Pages were used to deliver the
solution. It used SQL Server replication technology for
providing enhanced security for customer data.
